The state reopened for outdoor dining on June 15. We’ve compiled a shortlist of spots that have opened recently.
5 Restaurants open for Outdoor Dining in New Jersey
1. Blue Fish Grill
This local BYOB favorite prepares unique cuisine over a wood-fire grill. They offer takeout and are now open for outdoor dining for a casual dining experience. Patio seating is available Tuesday through Saturday in the afternoon and evening. Reservations are required. They are located in the historic Stangl Factory in Flemington, NJ.
2. Fox and Hound Tavern
Located in the historic Lebanon Hotel, The Fox and Hound Tavern has offered casual fine dining for over 15 years. Senior Citizens can have lunch, dinner, and cocktails out on the porch, patio, and parking lot. Reservations are encouraged.
3. Stage House Tavern
With a large outdoor seating area, the Stage House Tavern is a great spot for open-air dining. They offer a wide range of dishes at reasonable prices. You can find the Stage House Tavern on Amwell Road in Somerset, NJ. Reservations are suggested.
4. Uproot
This modern American bar & grill serves genuinely unique cuisine. The eclectic menu centers around local ingredients prepared with classic techniques. They are open for outdoor dining Tuesday – Saturday from 1 to 9 PM, weather permitting. Reservations are available through OpenTable. They are located on Mount Bethel Road in Warren, NJ.
5. The Armory
The Armory is known for its deliciously elegant meals. This seafood and steakhouse is located on Perth Amboy’s historic waterfront with beautiful views of Raritan Bay. The patio and tiki bar are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. They also offer takeout and drinks to go.
